Mr. Vanchieri is President & CEO of Visual Edge Technology; and formerly President
of Xerox Information Systems, a billion-dollar division of Xerox Corporation, and Xerox Corporate Vice President.

Mr. Frank was formerly President of Graphic Enterprises Office Solutions, Copeco and GEI WideFormat. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Walsh University and a certificate from the Chicago School of Business. He began his career as a Sales Representative with Graphic Enterprises.

Ms. Vinay was formerly Interim CFO and Vice President Investor Relations & Treasurer at Myers Industries, Inc., an industrial manufacturing and distribution company. Prior to that, Ms. Vinay held various financial roles in accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning. Ms. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from The University of Akron and an MBA from Ashland University.

Ms. Morrison recently worked in a number of HR management roles, with an emphasis on benefits administration and payroll. Prior to joining Visual Edge, Morrison spent 19-years at Myers Industries, a holding company for plastics manufacturing and distribution companies. She was a key player in several of Myers’ mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Hayes was the president and co-founder of InfoTrends (now Keypoint Intelligence), the leading strategy and analytics company for the office technology and production printing industry. He has provided product planning, business strategy, and marketing services for the leading OEMs and office equipment dealers. He holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
