He has over 25 years of experience in tech-enabled services, telecommunications, manufacturing, software, and financial industries. Hwang holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. | |
| Peter Stelling Chief Integration Officer & Chief of Staff Peter has successfully led acquisition integrations, operational turnarounds, and enterprise-wide performance improvements in private equity-backed companies across the fintech, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT sectors. His prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Marquis Software Solutions and SVP of Strategic Initiatives at FireMon. Peter has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy in West Point, NY. | |

| Melissa Morrison Chief Human Resources Officer Ms. Morrison recently worked in a number of HR management roles, with an emphasis on benefits administration and payroll. Prior to joining Visual Edge, Morrison spent 19-years at Myers Industries, a holding company for plastics manufacturing and distribution companies. She was a key player in several of Myers’ mergers and acquisitions. |
| Monica Vinay Chief Financial Officer Ms. Vinay was formerly Interim CFO and Vice President Investor Relations & Treasurer at Myers Industries, Inc., an industrial manufacturing and distribution company. Prior to that, Ms. Vinay held various financial roles in accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning. Ms. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from The University of Akron and an MBA from Ashland University. | |
| Stephen Choi Chief Product Officer Mr. Choi recently served as Vice President and Head of the North America Display Office at Samsung Electronics. He has more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, product management, business development, and building partner relationships across the IT industry.
