This partnership was formed to improve our customers’ experience through faster response times and greater capabilities. We chose to collaborate with FUJIFILM for many reasons. Their broad coverage with over 600 technicians nationwide makes them one of the largest service organizations in our industry. We are impressed with their knowledge base and feel confident that FUJIFILM’s highly skilled technicians will augment our current staff and will reinforce the service we can provide nationally. We continue to train FUJIFILM’s technicians on a wide variety of products and provide ongoing support while they are in the field.
