California Route 66 Museum
The California Route 66 Museum is devoted to the representation of U.S. Highway 66 in both historic and contemporary exhibition. The California Route 66 Museum is an Interactive museum with over 4500 Sq. Ft. of floor space and photo opportunities for the visitors to share memories in such settings as a 50’s diner, our VW Love Bus complete with hippy wigs and sunglasses for that perfect shot.
Mojave Narrows Regional Park
Located alongside an old riverbed in the high desert south of Victorville, Mojave Narrows offers lush plant growth, acres of waterways, impressive strands of cottonwood and willows and broad meadows all naturally landscaped by nature. The park is home to more than 1,500 species of watchable wildlife.
Green Tree Golf Course
Designed by William F. Bell, ASGCA, the par-72 Green Tree Golf Course in Victorville, CA opened in October 1963. There are not many golf courses like Green Tree Golf Course around any longer. It is a course that treats you like an old friend – one that has not forgotten that golf is a game that should be played for fun. The Green Tree Golf Course offers a budget-friendly game of golf. The layout at just over 6,600 yards makes golf fun, like a walk in the park.
Elmer’s Bottle Tree Ranch
Elmer Long was an inventive scrap material artist. He filled his front yard with a dense forest of bottle trees. Over 200 trees made from upright metal pipes bristle with discarded glass bottles on every welded branch. Elmer Long’s Bottle Tree Ranch is well known due to its location along U.S. Route 66, west of Barstow.
