Location

Located in southeastern South Dakota, Dakota Dunes is a master-planned community that is home to about 2,700 residents. It is bordered by the Big Sioux and Missouri rivers and is also adjacent to the Sioux City metro area. It is a burgeoning burg and a hub for business and play alike. It is the home of the state’s first high-speed rail line, the Blue Line. KMEG 14 and KPTH Fox 44 are both headquartered in the community. It is also the home of a couple of opulently designed golf courses. One of them, the Dakota Dunes Country Club was designed by Arnold Palmer, the famous PGA player, and is now on the short list of must-play places.

The park features two separate business parks, one of which is home to the Tyson fresh meats division. The Two Rivers Business Center is also home to Sterling Computers, BPI Technologies and Malloy Electric. The property is surrounded by landscaped lakes and features a historic Two Rivers Golf Club.

The Dakota Dunes business park also includes retail space that has been transformed into a bustling commercial hub. The Retail Village has a restaurant and a welcome center. It is also home to Cubby’s at the Dunes and four banks.

The Dakota Dunes business park is comprised of 38 buildings and over 1,700 employees. In addition to the numerous office spaces available for lease, Dakota Dunes offers three residential communities and a variety of outdoor recreational facilities. The park’s extensive trail system will eventually connect with trails in nearby cities.

Golf course

The design of the course is a collaboration between famed course architect Arnold Palmer and designer Ed Seay. Population
