Rusty’s TV & Movie Car Museum has over 50 iconic cars, trucks, motorcycles and props, that have been used in movies and TV. There’s something for all ages! Many of the cars are the actual cars used in the shows and can only be seen here.

Casey Jones Railroad Musem

Located next to Casey Jones’s historic home, our Railroad Museum contains many exhibits dedicated to Casey’s life and famous last ride. Enjoy a short film about the story of Casey Jones, a walk through Casey Jones’ historic home, and pictures with our 35-ton locomotive, our version of Casey’s engine 382.  Kids of all ages are welcome to climb aboard and ring the bell just like Casey. Civil War enthusiasts will enjoy our permanent exhibit entitled “The Railroads & The Civil War In Tennessee.” We are also proud to have the Jackson Room: a room dedicated to our town’s rich railroad history.

Cypress Grove Nature Park

Cypress Grove Nature Park

Cypress Grove is a preserve for indigenous wildlife, waterfowl, plants and trees. Just minutes from downtown Jackson and easily accessible from Interstate 40, the Park annually attracts tens of thousands of visitors. It offers over a mile of winding, elevated boardwalk through a cypress forest. The Park’s features include: Rockwell Observation Tower, 25 acre Wood Duck Lake, Killdeer Pond, and the Aerie Trail Raptor Center.

The Ballpark at Jackson

The Ballpark at Jackson was built by the City of Jackson, Tennessee, and is the home of the Jackson Generals of the Southern League. The stadium is located east of downtown Jackson and is visible just south of Interstate 40, accessible from Exit 85 (Christmasville Road). The outfield walls of the park measure 16 feet in height, except for the 24-foot left field wall that protects the clubhouses and batting cages. The foul lines measure 330 feet in length, and the center field wall stands 390 feet from home plate.
