North Canton, OH — October 11, 2017 — Visual Edge Technology, Inc. has completed the acquisition of American Copy Service Center, Inc., in Waterbury, Connecticut one of the leading independent Office Solutions and Document Management dealers in the northeastern U.S; its fourth acquisition in 2017 and fourteenth over the past several years.
American Copy Service Center provides sales and service of Konica and Xerox multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions. The ACSC acquisition will give Visual Edge increased coverage across the Northeast United States.
