Visual Edge Technology Inc. announces increased coverage across the entire Greater Detroit Metro area and Southeast Michigan.

North Canton, OH — October 10, 2016 — Visual Edge Technology, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Premier Business Products, Inc., one of the leading independent Office Solutions, Document Management, and Managed Network Services/IT dealers in the U.S.

Premier Business Products provides sales and service of Toshiba, Kyocera, Konica, Muratec, and HP multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT solutions. The Premier Business Products acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across the entire Greater Detroit Metro area and Southeast Michigan. This will allow for even greater expansion through acquisitions in the state of Michigan.
