Visual Edge Technology Inc. announces increased coverage across the Central Southeast United States.
North Canton, OH — October 11, 2017 — Visual Edge Technology, Inc. has completed the acquisition of XMC, Inc., one of the leading independent Office Solutions and Document Management dealers in the U.S; its third acquisition in 2017 and thirteenth over the past several years.
XMC provides sales and service of Xerox multifunctional products, FP Mailing Solutions, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions. XMC, Inc. acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across the Central Southeast United States.
