Visual Edge Technology Chairman and CEO Discusses Company and Its Value for SMB Customers

In an exclusive interview with the publication, Austin Vanchieri, Chairman and CEO of Visual Edge IT, discusses the company and its value and services for small- and medium-sized business (SMB) customers.
According to Mr. Vanchieri, the Visual Edge IT brand supports SMB customers with whatever their IT needs may be. “We aim to be their IT department or assist their IT department to be more efficient and successful as they support their business.”

Small businesses have difficulty doing this because, as Austin explains, to manage all phases effectively, “a security team needs to be available 24 hours a day and is different from the network operation team.” Small businesses typically don’t have the budget to support the salaries for a separate security team 24 hours a day.
Vanchieri also discusses the importance of cloud solutions for communication and collaboration with today’s new way of working. He notes that “collaboration has been adopted to replace traditional VoIP solutions” because it allows employees to connect from anywhere. However, most SMB’s can’t manage the solutions because of the complexities of supporting a cloud environment.
