Ben Martin, Vice President of Managed Services

We are pleased to announce that Ben Martin has joined Visual Edge IT as Vice President, Managed Services. Ben, who started on December 1, will report to Brian Frank, Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to Ben are Nick Auxier, Daniel Wintin and Scott Chille.

In this role, Ben will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Managed IT Services (MITS) to clients, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance. He will provide strategic leadership to our service delivery teams, optimize operational performance, drive service innovation, and ensure alignment with company goals. Ben will also collaborate closely with our Sales, Technology, and Customer Success leaders to ensure clients receive world-class service and measurable business outcomes.

Ben comes to Visual Edge IT from InterVision Systems, where he served as Vice President of Managed Services, and previously held various technical and leadership roles at CenturyLink.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He resides in Saint Peters, Missouri.
