Jeff Roukes, Vice President of Product Management for Managed Services

We are pleased to announce that Jeff Roukes has joined Visual Edge IT as Vice President of Product Management for Managed Services, including Managed IT Services, Managed Security, Virtual CISO Services, and Co-Managed Services. Jeff will be a member of the company’s senior leadership team reporting to Stephen Choi, Chief Product Officer.

In this new role, Jeff will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for Managed Services, including building product/service bundles and vertical-specific offerings. He will also be responsible for establishing customer feedback, usage data, and service analytics to drive continued improvement across the Managed Services product lifecycle. Jeff will additionally manage P&L accountability, including margin optimization, upsell performances, and the customer journey across VEIT products and solutions.

Most recently, Jeff was Director of Solutions Development of Samsung Electronics, a role he held since August of 2018. In that position, Jeff was responsible for standing up a cloud-based software business supporting the Samsung Electronics North America sales teams, with a focus on product management, software customization, and deployment services. Prior to Samsung, Jeff was Director of Integrated Solutions at AVNET, an international systems integrator, where he was responsible for product and program management specific to services that included NOC, helpdesk, installation, and implementation services supporting multiple projects and programs globally.

Jeff was a member of the Saint Michael's College 1998-99 men's national champion ice hockey team, which was inducted into the college's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2024. He is married with three children and currently resides in Massachusetts with his family.
