Michael Mills Joins Visual Edge Technology on January 1, 2018
Visual Edge Technology Inc. announces the additional of Mr. Michael Mills to head up all aspects of corporate administration for the company. North Canton, OH — January 30, 2018 — Michael Mills, a recognized business expert of the Offices Technologies Industry, will assume the position of Vice President of Administration at Visual Edge Technology. Mr. Mills brings 35‐years of extensive Administrative, Financial & Operational leadership to Visual Edge Technology. In this role, Michael will be involved in strategic planning, process management, systems analysis and implementation, real estate management, project management, compliance management, Human Resources, database management, and corporate marketing strategy. In his capacity, Michael will report to Austin Vanchieri, CEO and Chairman of the Board. Most recently prior to joining Visual Edge Technology, Michael was CFO of FlexPrint, LLC headquartered in Mesa, Arizona where he led a 3‐year transition from a single owner to a private equity owned group Oval Partners. Prior to that, Michael was involved in Executive Leadership positions with Nevill (Kyocera), DOCUmation, Imagine Technology Group, Danka, and MWB Business.
