We’re excited to share that Helene Martinelli has been promoted to Vice President of Warehouse Operations at Visual Edge IT. She will be based in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Helene has been a steady and trusted leader since joining Visual Edge IT in 2005. As her responsibilities have grown to a national level, she has played a key role in driving greater consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across our warehouse operations. For our customers, that means the right equipment, parts, and support are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Her leadership from Warwick strengthens both our national operations and our local presence in the Northeast.

At Visual Edge IT, long-tenured careers aren’t unusual, but Helene’s stands out for its consistency and impact.
Her career began nearly 30 years ago at a small print dealership, where she worked in purchasing and maintenance contracts. Early on, she built a reputation for stepping in wherever needed and learning every part of the operation. That hands-on experience shaped how she leads today: practical, informed, and focused on getting things done.
As the business grew into Visual Edge IT, Helene grew with it. She’s been a constant through years of change, expansion, and new leadership. Over time, that consistency earned trust across the organization and led to her promotion.
Now leading warehouse operations at a national level, Helene is focused on standardizing processes and improving efficiency across locations, building on the foundation she’s helped create.
For Helene, the promotion isn’t just about the role itself, but what it represents.
“It tells me leadership sees my value in the results, but more importantly in how I lead and support the team,” she says.
And while her promotion marks an exciting step forward, it doesn’t change who Helene is at her core. If anything, it simply puts a title to what those around her have seen for years: a leader who shows up, puts in the work, and makes a lasting impact.
