Peter Stelling, Chief Integration Officer and Chief of Staff 

We are excited to announce the appointment of Peter Stelling as Chief Integration Officer & Chief of Staff — a newly created role designed to accelerate strategic execution and unify operations across our growing organization.

Peter brings over 20 years of deep operational leadership in fintech, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT. He’s successfully led six acquisition integrations and has a proven track record of embedding management frameworks like OKRs and EOS at scale.

In this role, Peter will serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, leading cross-functional alignment, standardizing workflows, and driving adoption of a unified operating cadence. His work will be pivotal in helping us deliver measurable business impact and scale our platform nationwide.

Peter is based in the Frisco, TX area and will be working out of the Dallas office.
